In our ongoing effort to understand the preferences and expectations of our community members, we conducted a poll to explore the significance of loyalty program benefits beyond the commonly offered free shipping and discounts. We sought to uncover the additional factors that hold the most importance when it comes to loyalty programs. The results shed light on the diverse range of benefits our community values the most. We also sought to gain insights into the perceptions of user-generated content (UGC) compared to native brand advertisements. The responses shed light on the level of trust and credibility that our community places on UGC as a form of brand promotion - and were quite surprising compared to public research.

In a recent poll, we sought to discover which user-friendly app feature, among those highlighted in our previous post, resonated the most with our community members. By understanding the feature that captured their attention, we can further refine and prioritize our efforts to provide a seamless and engaging user experience.

As mentioned in our previous recap, "May Monthly Recap" we have been focusing on laying a solid foundation for our e-commerce integrations, starting with the Shopify plug-in. Besides ensuring that our Shopify plug-in works as it should, there is more than just Shopify to consider when setting up our plug-in infrastructure. It is critical to build our basic infrastructure in such a manner that all doors open for possible future integrations. You can think of popular platforms such as WooCommerce, Magento, Wix and more.

By keeping many integration possibilities open, we want to offer our future customers a wide range of options. We aim to ensure that clients can effortlessly link their Crowny loyalty programs to the preferred e-commerce platforms in the near future. It will allow us to target a much broader audience, which will increase the odds for our platform to experience adoption on a larger scale. Until then, we will continue to develop and refine our integration capabilities, giving businesses in the e-commerce landscape new opportunities to maximize the power of loyalty programs.

What’s next?

As we establish a strong foundation for our e-commerce integration infrastructure, our valued business partners play a crucial role in providing invaluable feedback on the initial version of our Shopify plug-in's user experience and user interface. 

With the fundamentals in place, we now have the opportunity to utilize this feedback to optimize and enhance the UI/UX of our e-commerce plugin. By incorporating their insights, we are committed to delivering an even more seamless and user-friendly integration experience for our clients.
