Besides ensuring that our Shopify plug-in works as it should, there is more than just Shopify to consider when setting up our plug-in infrastructure. It is critical to build our basic infrastructure in such a manner that all doors open for possible future integrations. You can think of popular platforms such as WooCommerce, Magento, Wix and more.
By keeping many integration possibilities open, we want to offer our future customers a wide range of options. We aim to ensure that clients can effortlessly link their Crowny loyalty programs to the preferred e-commerce platforms in the near future. It will allow us to target a much broader audience, which will increase the odds for our platform to experience adoption on a larger scale. Until then, we will continue to develop and refine our integration capabilities, giving businesses in the e-commerce landscape new opportunities to maximize the power of loyalty programs.
As we establish a strong foundation for our e-commerce integration infrastructure, our valued business partners play a crucial role in providing invaluable feedback on the initial version of our Shopify plug-in's user experience and user interface.
