How can I become a member of a program?
To join a savings program, you need to scan a QR code issued by the program administrator. It is often sent automatically when a purchase is made in an online shop where Crowny is used as the loyalty platform.
I have a QR code in an e-mail on my phone, how can I scan it?
The QR code in the mail is accompanied by a link. Clicking on this link opens the app and performs the corresponding action. This works for both joining a program and collecting loyalty points.
