Now in the Netherlands and soon worldwide. As a Base Marketeer, you are in the lead for developing a strategy based on data to ensure that customers are satisfied and remain loyal to CROWNY. You have a strong sense of commerce and you work analytically and methodically, but you never lose sight of the customer and the mission.
You will be responsible at CROWNY for executing the marketing strategy to further grow the organization. Together with the marketing team you ensure that no one can ignore us! By means of segmentation, activation and proposition you manage growth and quality of the customer base. You set up the strategy and manage the tools needed to arrive at the right projects, actions and campaigns. You will become part of the new marketing team and work directly with the CCO and CEO.

You are responsible for monitoring the results of retention with a focus on maximum return, costs, quality and lifetime value;
You analyze trends and make an effective translation of these insights in order to achieve improvements in cooperation with your IT colleagues;
You are responsible for devising and executing the retention strategy, with the aim of; customer base growth and optimization of customer value;
To achieve this goal, you use segmentation, activation and proposition. You work with our CRM tools, and you make an overview of the working method and the functionalities so that they are also easy to use for other teams;
You process customer signals into structural improvements in the customer journey;
You help with the execution and optimization of various marketing campaigns.
University degree, preferably a business or commercial background;
2 to 3 years of relevant work experience. Experience in customer loyalty and retention, or a data-driven environment is a plus;
Knowledge of Excel, SQL and experience with CRM systems is a plus;
You have a demonstrable affinity with CROWNY's mission;
You feel at home in a dynamic organization with ambitious growth targets;
You are proactive, responsible, enthusiastic and want to continuously develop yourself;
You work structurally and are analytical;
